Permits & Inspections Pro provides professional consulting, permit expediting, and project coordination services. Because our services involve time, expertise, and coordination with third parties, the following refund policy applies to all service engagements.
Service Fees
Service fees are determined based on the scope and complexity of each project. Fees will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the start of services.
Government fees, permit application fees, engineering fees, and other third-party costs are not included in our service fees unless explicitly stated.
Non-Refundable Services
Once work has begun on a project, service fees are generally non-refundable. This includes time spent reviewing project information, preparing permit applications, coordinating with jurisdictions, communicating with agencies, or providing consulting services.
Government Fees and Third-Party Costs
Fees paid to government agencies, permitting authorities, or third-party professionals (such as engineers, architects, or surveyors) are non-refundable and are subject to the policies of those organizations.
Permits & Inspections Pro is not responsible for refunds related to government or third-party services.
Permit Approval
Permit approvals are determined solely by the governing authorities. While we work diligently to assist clients through the permitting process, approval of a permit cannot be guaranteed. Permit denial or delays caused by regulatory agencies do not qualify for refunds.
Project Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel services before work has started, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion depending on the circumstances and any administrative work already performed.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare situations where services cannot be performed due to circumstances within our control, Permits & Inspections Pro may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
